In the well equipped workshop I can tackle many different types of jobs as well as replacing consumable items such as brake pads, bearings, chain and sprocket, fault diagnostic and accident repairs
Forks Servicing and repair
From leaking forks seals to full rebuild I can service both USD and conventional forks
Motorcycle Servicing
The standard service includes a 50 point check with fresh engine oil and filter, clean or change the air filter depending on which type is fitted and cleaning both brake calipers.

The premier service is the same as above but with a change of fork oil and brake fluid, grease rear suspension linkage, set valve tappets or shim

Carburetor Cleaning and balancing
These ZX9R carbs had been fitted with the wrong size float valve in #1 carb
Many motorcycle suffer from poor fueling after being stored and sometimes carburetors get blocked if dirty has got into the fuel tank.
I can strip, sonically clean and rebuild all types of carburetors.
Spare parts
I stock many service items such as brake pads, levers, as well as Motul oils
I also sell Royal Enfield service parts on eBay, these can be sold from the workshop as well.
Restoration and Modification
As a time served engineer I have spent many years tinkering with motorcycles, from a simple recommission after a machine has been in storage to a full rebuild I can get the wheels turning your pride and joy
